So far this summer season has been sensational! Promiseland Camp is in full swing and we are having great fun day after day indoors and out.
As we are enjoying our camp time we need to be mindful of our bodies and practice Summer Sun Safety. While we are careful not to be outdoors excessively, we do have many outdoor activities planned and with proper care and preparedness this will be a fun time for all.
Summer Sun Safety:
- Apply sunscreen to your camper BEFORE getting dressed
- Provide a sunscreen ( spray only) for your camper to bring in, with their name on it, to be kept in their cubby
- we will reapply it in the afternoon
- If your camper has severe reactions to bug bites, we ask that you also apply a bug repellent in the morning and provide one ( spray only) to be brought in with their name on it to be placed in their cubby
- we will reapply it in the afternoon
We love all of our Promiseland campers and we are sad when we see them in any discomfort in any way.
