Fees, Tuitions & Payment Policy

 Terms and Conditions:

*All fees are due upon enrollment.
*All Fees are per student and are non refundable.
*Enrollment fees are recurring: payable at the start of each school year, which enables us to provide all supplies needed for your child for that year.
*If you withdraw your child, then wish to re-enroll him/her, you will be placed back on the waiting list. You will then be required to pay trses fees upon re-enrollment.

Registration Fee Summer Session - $100 (Billed at the start of the summer) and includes summer uniform. Weekly tuition remains the same.
Sleeping Material Fee (if applicable) – $20 Please bring a fitted crib sheet, blanket, and travel-size pillow inside a standard pillowcase for nap time. Label all items in BOLD letters with child’s name.
Book Fee – Per age group as follows:
2 years old…$35
3 years old…$55
4 years old…$75

Registration Fee on or before April 30 th- $100

Book and Supply Fee - $125
Cap and Gown Rental Fee - $20 This will be charged to your account in May for the Kindergarten Graduation ceremony.

Tuition – Kindergarten

* Vacation credits will only be given during non-teaching weeks at $75 per week. Only 3 per fiscal year will be given.

Payment Policy

Payment is due by 9:00 am Friday preceding the week. Any payment not received by 9:00 am Friday will incur a $20 late charge. Payment is required even if your child is not present on Friday for any reason.

We accept payment by check or cash. However, there will be a $20 fee for each check returned to us by your bank. You will be required to make payments in cash after we receive an “NSF check.”

We allow 3 weeks per calendar year, (Jan. – Dec.), to be used for vacation or illness. These weeks must be taken in full week periods, (M-F) and we ask that you notify us one week in advance. Your child’s position will be held by paying $75 per vacation/illness week. If weeks are unused, they do not roll over to the next year.

You will be charged you regular tuition each week regardless of attendance, (Unless a vacation week is available).

You must adhere to the program you choose when enrolling. You may not pay only for those days attended. If your situation changes, you must notify the office to change your program and tuition rate. No credit or discount will be given for days in which the school is closed for any reason.
